For this project the homeowner wanted to keep as much of the original as possible. We were able to save the existing hardwood floors and kept the original shower pan in the master bedroom en-suite. We incorporated new tile with the existing shower pan and original bathtub in both bathrooms.

The kitchen cabinets were saved, refurbished and painted. New flooring and countertop installed and reopened a pre existing doorway to the dining room.
