Bryden Row Phase 1
A collaboration between the City of Columbus Historic Preservation Commission and Mulberry Design Build. A former site of the Lazarus family mansion, Bryden Row is the first luxury condominium project to go up in Columbus, Oh historic Olde Towne East community. The three-phased, 14-unit condo project is uniquely designed to emulate the architecture of Florence Rector, the first female architect licensed in Ohio. The 2 1/2 story buildings range from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet and wrap around a lush green courtyard.
