2nd floor primary bedroom suite addition in Belmont, CA.
Due to pre-existing site conditions, the addition had to be pushed forward several feet from the initial concept design. This resulted in a "conjoined stair" (part straight, part spiral). The addition captures views of SF Bay area to the North of the site.
