Renovation of a modern 1980s single family residence. Spaces were reconfigured, existing decks converted to living spaces. Interiors spaces and exterior walls and were completely refinished. Windows and doors were reconfigured to take advantage of panoramic views and sun exposure. Outdoor living spaces were enlarged and improved to capture views, enjoy sheltered outdoor space, and provide year-round outdoor living.
