Building for Bennett

Building for Bennett was an addition that was done for a wonderful family here in Pittsburgh and their son with special needs. This addition was built to be fully handicap accessible. The addition included a new large bedroom/treatment room, fully accessible bath, new family room, accessible powder room, renovated kitchen and an elevator. Lots of renovations were done to the home as well.

This is the new family room that was part of the addition to the home. It allows ample room for the wheelchair to get around with a fully accessible powder room here as well.

This is the front of the home which we will update photos soon. On the left of the photo you can see the elevator door and shaft. This home has a lovely view of downtown Pittsburgh and they wanted windows in this elevator so that could see the city.

This is a handicap accessible bathroom that allows for wheelchair access to the sink. There is also a multirail system to lift the client from his bed to the toilet and shower.
