Historically inspired renovation of my own 1928 bungalow including period inspired kitchen, mud room and attic build-out. Paint colors in the kitchen are inspired by original colors found during renovations. Original kitchen heart pine floors were restored. Original arched openings were enlarged and re-plastered, and a new mud room and pantry were created where the hallway and laundry had been. Attic expansion includes new children's room, reading nook (just in time for quarantine!) and dormer window.
