This kitchen was in desperate need of an update. While the floor plan and layout stayed the same, everything else was updated to include new appliances, flooring, cabinet fronts (based remained and were painted) countertops, tile, lighting and fixtures. Most importantly, the space was opened up by removing the bulky upper cabinets above the peninsula, bringing more light into the space and opening it up to the dining area.
