My client bought a nice but very non-descript house in the Bywater area of New Orleans and wanted to add a few items, and correct a few that she didn't like. Technically my scope included a new home office, new fencing and gates, and some revisions to the rear porch. However, the house had "technical difficulties" from the flipper who sold it, which I coordinated as a project manager for her as well. It's been a fun project, and it's hardly non-descript any more!
