approach. Developed from scratch, the project includes
full FF&E selection, material sourcing, and design
development.
The space features a full bar, outdoor seating,
basement level, bathrooms, and an industrial kitchen.
Exposed brick and concrete are preserved and
complemented by steel finishes, a suspended mesh
ceiling, and integrated LED lighting that enhances
depth and circulation while maintaining a cohesive
industrial identity
