This lovely master bathroom went from small and cramped to open and bright giving this couple a new space within the same footprint. By eliminating the wall between the shower room and vanity area we were able to flood the room with natural light and help eliminate the closed off feeling of the space. Along with the addition of natural light to the space, by adding lighter materials, new led light fixtures and polished chrome plumbing fixtures and accessories we were able to give the appearance of a much larger, brighter and open space. The new shower with decorative Brizo grab bars is perfect for aging in place and didn't skimp out on the bells and whistles. In addition to the beautiful Isenberg shower head we installed the complimentary hand shower and body jets, giving the clients the spa experience in the comfort of their own home. Keeping a modern clean look in the space we ran the MSI floor tile into the shower area and lined the back wall of the shower with a Quickdrain USA linear drain system. For the shower walls the client chose a polished porcelain stone look tile to allow more reflection of the natural light into the space, and we found for them a complimentary linear mosaic that accented some of the medium and dark tones in the tile, bringing a little bit of contrast into the design. The new Kalia LED vanity mirror adds function and form to the space with its oval shape complimenting the rounded style seen in the plumbing fixtures and accessories. The furniture style vanity and linen tower from Strasser Woodenworks adds character to the space with its decorative toe area, giving the clients their touch of traditional in their new modern transitional Master Bathroom.
