Pathway took a three family in Cambridge and converted them into three individual condominiums. This was a year long process which included a complete gut demolition, digging the basement down 2 feet and underpinning the foundation in order to include a duplex on the first level, and complete finishing of all four levels. Each unit included a kitchen and two full bathrooms. Part of the process included installing two shed dormers on the top floor, a complete new hydro HVAC air and heat systems, installing a complete new plumbing system from the ground floor up and also a complete new electrical system. Add a new sprinkler system along with new hardi plank siding and the project was complete.
