The Camenisch Gardens Residence, a custom home set on acreage and boasts a traditional elegance and stature as if the home has always graced the landscape. Keeping with the traditional architecture all of the bespoke millwork, lighting, tile, mantles, cabinetry and iron detailing throughout were crafted entirely by the interior designers and sets the language for the home and how it relates to the modern world. The formal lounge, anchored with a silk rug is layered under timeless Italian furniture, luxurious fabrics, textural wallpaper, and a Murano chandelier. The dining room hand-blown
glass chandelier complements the lounge, while the formal billowing silk drapes remind the space of the formality and introduce the bold wallpaper in the powder and the rich golds, grays and neutrals of the lounge; as these are the rooms used to entertain when not diverting to the outdoor spaces. The open kitchen and family room give a sense of comfort and seclusion created by the dramatic sheer drapes and by minimizing the pattern with a neutral color palette of textural fabrics, plaid cowhide rug, and clean line furniture. The breakfast room wall opens up to the back covered terrace designed to be used all year round and feel like an indoor living room.
