Another happy client and home design project now completed. We worked and worked to get this custom home plan just right! Capturing all the right views of the water while maintaining a good overall flow and also keeping the overall plan with in the desired size.

This was a very exciting and challenging project. I'm glad I had the opportunity to design & draw the plans for this amazing home and I was also able to consult on design threw out the building process.

I'm very happy with the outcome! It was great to work with the contractor Tuck Bolton, Thomas Bolton Construction and Chanel Bolton. They both did a great job on the construction & Finishes.
