Cape Cod residential design. This relaxed oceanview property takes inspiration from nature, dodges tired nautical clichee's, and offers residents a luxurious retreat from urban demands. The challenge for this project was timeline and budget. Hurricane Irene had removed a section of the flat roof, then a nor'easter brought water into the main living space. Working with a modest budget making the most of insurance claims the property was renewed and updated.
