Cape Cod remodel

A complete renovation of a quintessential Cape house. It included the sunroom addition with custom bar and builtins, removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room as well as opening the stairway. Total bathroom redo's and a master suite redo with custom wainscoting and grasscloth wall covering.

Expanding the original bath by taking from a master bedroom closet, allowed us to create His and Her vanities opposing each other and a separate shower and toilet area. The transom windows allow the natural light to flow throughout the bathroom.

AFTER: Twin cabinets opposing each other are separated from the shower and water closet. The transom windows help to keep the space open and allows the light to flow throughout the space.
