This interior renovation to a 1920’s era home is set within the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Working closely with our client we sought to re-design spaces that allowed our client to pursue his passions in art, music and literature.

Within the fully renovated upper floor we converted a narrow hallway and stairs into a spacious art gallery that leads to the new master suite, children’s bedrooms, guest bedrooms and bath.

The basement level was perfectly suited to our clients’ interest in music and media. The space was divided in two, with one half devoted to playing and listening of music and the other for viewing movies with family and friends.
