Captain's Watch, designed by Historical Concepts exclusively for the Southern Living house plan collection, was built by The Lewes Building Company in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This is a large 5 bedroom home with a third floor apartment and outdoor entertaining area. As with all of our custom homes, we were able to modify the original floor plan with permission, allowing our clients to make this home uniquely their own.
