Carver Square Workforce Housing is located in The Set, a community in Delray Beach, Florida. 4 prototypical homes have been design for 2 blocks with 20 lots in total.

This projects aims to build value in the community, implementing place-making strategies and sustainable design principles. Providing every home with a front porch encourages activity on the street and socialization among neighbors. These porches also serve to passively cool the home by shading and harvesting breezes through the interior spaces. Swales that utilize native trees and grasses act to unify the neighborhood through the street front, while providing stormwater management and shade, as well as low maintenance costs for landscape.
