The main characteristic of the property was the topography, which played a very important role in the decision making at the beginning of the design. This led us to the decision to configure the project vertically to adjust the best way to the terrain. A fundamental aspect of the spatial needs was to look for spaces to be able to use them for social activities and at the same time take advantage of the views towards the environment. This is how these spaces were located in the 3 levels looking towards the front, the side and the back; thus this is the name of the project. The design is optimized to obtain the largest amount of internal lighting without direct solar radiation to avoid internal spaces to gain heat, the window openings were designed to generate cross ventilation and increase internal comfort. The main terrace as well as the master bedroom enjoy a front row position to take advantage of the beautiful views towards the forest in the back garden as well as the possibility of spectacular sunsets due to the height of them. The garage is completely hidden from the entrance and takes advantage of its location to open and communicate with the garden thus generating a large area for social activities with privacy from the public road and without interrupting the other living spaces.
