This was a complete renovation of a castle with poured concrete floors and a steel skeleton. The house was built in 1929 by a wealthy family that brought limestone quarried on property they owned in Illinois to the site in Long Beach, IN by rail. We inherited a 70 - 30 split between original vintage and 70's renovation. Stripped it all the way down and put it back together.
