Castle Pines Residence Project
Winner of the LUXE Residential Excellence in Design (RED) Award: 2019 Classic Interior Design Project
We transformed this dated 7,500-square-foot home in Castle Pines with a transitional elegant aesthetic in mind. To create a more airy floor plan that welcomes natural light and flow, we opened up the kitchen to the family room and worked with a soothing neutral color palette.
Details such as an alligator wallpaper in the dining room, custom steel and copper hood and fixtures in the kitchen, and dark brown grasscloth on the dining room ceiling add texture and moodiness. High-end additions include a cherry-stained dropped soffit ceiling illuminated by an LED lighting rail in the living space, as well as sleek Thermador appliances and built-in wine storage in the kitchen. The revamped space’s timeless appeal earned a 2019 Luxe RED Award for Classic Interior Design.
