Located on a private island in the Bahamas, Rocquility is the former home of the island’s founder. Our services included renovation of the historic 5,700 square foot main house, bringing back many of the original details and materials. A free standing two car garage and bike building were added, as well as a Guest Cottage. Sustainable features include water cisterns, solar panels, and drought tolerant landscaping.
