The homeowners wanted an outdoor space connected to their kitchen. The existing deck was restructured to support the new sunroom, insulated, and refinished. The space was transformed into a comfortable heated den that they use year-round for company or to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. The space below the deck was transformed into an outdoor seating area with the help of a DrySpace gutter system on the underside of the deck to keep the rain away.
