The homeowners moved into a brand new house only to find the backyard was solid clay and grass would not grow. We decided to extend the small porch by the back door so they could have the BBQ by the kitchen. The stairs wrap around onto their new ground level deck, which covers a good portion of the yard. The rest of the existing lawn will be replaced with modern realistic artificial grass.
