Centerport Project

Bright, balanced, and built for real life, this transitional kitchen pairs classic inset white cabinetry with a deep, painted island and warm brass details. A sculpted plaster range hood anchors the room, flanked by glass-front towers and a full-height honed stone slab backsplash. Quartzite-look countertops run across an oversized island with seating for four and a dedicated prep sink, while the perimeter features an apron-front farmhouse sink beneath a sunny window and simple open shelves for display. Unlacquered-brass fixtures—including a pot filler—layer in warmth alongside library sconces and low-profile disc pendants. Wide-plank white oak floors and woven counter stools add natural texture, and generous windows pull the garden view into the workspace. The result is a timeless, hardworking kitchen with a relaxed, collected feel—perfect for cooking, gathering, and everyday living.
