Century Park - Full Remodel/Refurnish

This Bay front condo in Destin, FL hadn't been remodeled in decades! The owners wanted to lighten it up and have a color palette of whites and grays with a few pops of blue.

This condo had not had a renovation in more than 50 years! Dark blue wall to wall carpet, peach walls, popcorn ceilings and a closed off kitchen have been replaced with shiplap, LVP flooring, plantation shutters and beautiful furniture!

Quartz counters, new appliances, white shaker cabinetry and a farm sink brought this kitchen into the coastal style the owners were looking for!

Performance and Sunbrella fabrics. The owners needed a sleeper sofa for the grand kids and wanted recliners for themselves. Photos were taken before the additional tables, art and accessories were added!

The two bathrooms were updated with new cabinetry, mirrors, faucets and sleek quartz counters!
