In order to achieve a more open concept between the breakfast area & living room, we removed the second pantry and wall. We then replaced the floor in the breakfast area to match the living room. In the kitchen, we made upgraded & built some cabinetry, white washed the brick, add a pocket door for the existing pantry, and re-painted the entire area.
