Channelside lives in the heart of Longboat Key, Florida and came to us in its bare bones of builder-grade finishes begging for a sense of curation. We brought this sweet waterfront home to life using layers of neutral textures, dramatic decorative lighting, and custom built-ins. With its generous flow of natural daylight, we focused on complimenting the exterior elements of Florida in many of the materials throughout the design. Organic, soft and elevated, this home will remain timeless to its many more years of family vacationing.
