This redesigned collection of three humble residences located in the vibrant Mount Pleasant community, consists of a duplex and laneway home. The open concept layout seen throughout the property offers a modern and contemporary blend making the space feel clean and inviting. Combined social areas optimize square footage for larger gatherings. Custom cabinetry topped with quartz countertops are complete with state-of-the-art appliances suitable for any inspired home chef. The blend of warm woods and soft greys creates a harmonious backdrop for striking black accents. Durable hard surfaces in social areas are desirable for any family or couple who likes to entertain.
