Chatham II
Chatham II was designed by Teakwood Enterprises, Inc. to reflect the original Chatham Manor (Circa 1768 - 1771) located in historic Fredericksburg, VA. Teakwood had the challenge of combining the traditional look of Chatham Manor in the front, while also reflecting the clients desire for a contemporary look in the rear, that was inspired by projecting the image of Cantilevers of Falling Water. Using ICF Technology (Insulated Concrete Forms) and LiteDeck Flooring for the entire building, Teakwood set out, using our 3-D software, to to produce a spectacular home that transitions with elegant ease from Traditional to Contemporary throughout the entire home!
