Full gut renovation of a 1,500 SF 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the Chelsea Mercantile Building. Custom millwork throughout, including a full wall to separate the master suite from the living area. We used industrial grade steel for the kitchen counters, as well as for handles.
