The main floor laundry has easy access from the Master retreat dressing room - and a door to the main hall and atrium. This makes for easy access for guests when they want to do laundry.

The sunken living room was raised to create a seamless, main-floor living environment, including the Formal dining room with built-ins and a bar sink. See the far wall with the painting? It's been designed to feature your hutch or China cabinet.

The view from the prep sink. The Eat-in kitchen opens into the Great room (Family room). You can be in the kitchen cooking and watch TV and be in the conversation in the Great room.

The stairs are Dark stained oak and were custom-designed and built for the home. The landing is engineered, hand-scraped oak.
