This is a 1560sf bungalow that we built on the banks of Cicero Creek in Noblesville, Indiana. There was an existing home on the property that had fallen into disrepair. The city was willing to let us replace it, but only if we kept the same footprint and made repairs to the original foundation. Thus, this home was specifically designed to fit on the 40x24 foundation of the original structure. This home features several reclaimed items, historic paint colors, and other historically authentic touches.
