This was the second of two custom home pair built just outside of Chestnut Hill in East Mount Airy, Philadelphia. This home was a ground up new construction home featuring custom wood accents and cabinetry from our shop. Featuring a finished basement and three above ground floors and a detached garage. We met this buyer earlier in the construction process and were able to incorporate a lot of their style into the design phase.
