This project restores a historically significant, landmarked building to its former glory while reconfiguring the interiors to meet the demands of contemporary life. The project seamlessly integrates historic details and timeless materials with four new open-concept flat-style condominiums, each with direct connection to the outdoors via roof terraces and a private sunken garden.
