This empty-nester home was in dire need of a re-design in order to offer a comfortable floor plan with more practical features after the owners’ children had moved away from home. Their current spaces needed repurposing to be more proportionate with their desired uses. The dining area was expanded into a social space, and the living room was designed to highlight focal points; particularly emphasizing the entertainment area and a modernized fireplace.
