Designed, but never built. Chipmunk lodge was modeled off of barn style living with a grand but understated living space with exposed timbers throughout. The major facade of the home faces toward Lake Placid only a few hundred feet downhill, and maximizes the view to Whiteface mountain when sitting in the living area.
