We started the great room with a gorgeous hand-woven Oriental rug that my client fell in love with. The soft color palette of muted greens, golds, champagne, ivory and a touch of mango from the rug was used to bring in fabrics and finishes to create the look she envisioned. The wall color and the drapery fabrics were carefully selected to harmonize with the rug and the upholstery, bringing everything together. The classic lines of the traditional furniture bring out the details of the elaborate wood trim, emphasizing the architecture that the client fell in love with when she purchased this home.
