The client needed to have a shower but space did not allow for it. We shifted the walk-in closet about 3.5 feet to add a spacious shower while keeping the tub. Heated floors in front of the vanity, toilet and shower entrance make this a cozy retreat during the New England cold winter months. Having spent years in Europe and mostly in France, the client wanted this bathroom to have the classic elegance of Paris but with functionality as a compass for this small bathroom. The soft-curved mirrors are recessed medicine cabinets. A must-have niche by the shower and tub were also added. The full size vanity has plenty of storage as well. We used carrera marble, traditional plumbing fixtures, elegant light fixtures, a claw-foot tub and crown molding to express the desired concept.
