Extensive remodel of a classic Tudor in the Mount Baker neighborhood of Seattle. Project included structural repair, window replacement, all new kitchen and bath, exterior hardscaping and retaining walls, exterior restoration and interior finish (moldings, floors, painted surfaces) restoration. Challenging modifications to the sitting area included the addition of custom made double doors that open to a new patio requiring modification of wainscot and trim.
