“Clear Blue” is located on Wrightsville Beach. It is sited on the main roadway, next to a historic resort, the house captures views of the ocean to the East and across banks channel to the West. Defining features are the West facing cantilevered roof and balcony, and a sculptural blue stair on display through a north facing window. Homeowners are accommodated with primary living and their private suite on the top floor, and four guest suites on the level below. Protected balconies adorn the house to capture views from three different levels and all directions.
