This project was for Ray and Lisa Chock. We initially removed a tile wrap around deck replaced damaged framing, waterproofed, tiled and installed new handrails. We followed that with a remodel to a bath, family room and office. We replaced the windows, doors, HVAC. We installed patio heaters and heated tile floors.. We finished by installing an elevator, accessible from the garage to the 1st and 2nd floors. We are currently waiting landscape plans,
