Irvine communities have tons of new builds and generally walking into these builder basic homes is a sea of white.

It's nice to take the time with a client and really suss out some unique pieces that ultimately make a dramatic difference in their daily lives. From custom wall art to a unique, encased glassfront fireplace, to mixed sofas and the upholstered coffee table, this house took on a life of it's own to become a transitional masterpiece from indoor to out.

The built-ins for the office really stepped up both fashion and function. With arched-glass doors to frame in a chandlier, as the secondary lightsource during the day, we were able to create a true feeling of sophistication. Traveling from an elegant, but approachable dining room we head to an outdoor living space with built-in brick television display and surround sound. With the hand of a dynamic landscape architect the transition to outdoor creates a high-end hotel atmosphere with a custom waterfall and smooth stone hidden edge jacuzzi.

This is one happy home owner... that even I'm envious of!
