The interior of the home continues with the modern farmhouse style, while also adding a few unique elements to make it truly feel one of a kind. A white oak wood floor throughout the home, with white penny round tile in the master bath and a hex tile in the other bathrooms. To keep the space light and bright, white walls and trim along with a pop of drama with a black shiplap fireplace surround with flanking wood floating shelves. To make the white shiplap pop, and to counteract the fireplace, black cabinets with a marble-look waterfall island in the kitchen. Mixing metals adds to the custom feel using antiqued brass hardware and a matte black faucet in the kitchen.
