CAM Construction redesigned the floorplan, selected all the upscale finishes and materials, and designed the interiors and made all furnishing and decor selections throughout the home. We installed a new HVAC system, new walls, ceilings and cedar siding, added new floors, a wood-burning fireplace and updated appliances. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features antique oak floors, shiplap walls and ceilings, a formal dining room with bay views, travertine slab kitchen countertops and a limestone fireplace hearth.

CAM Construction also built an adjoining boathouse with room top lounging and viewing deck.
