The remodel of this nautical beach cottage consisted of gutting the original cold and stark interior and creating a new space full of warmth and charm through the use of various textures and materials and authentic architectural details. The entire home was remodeled and furnished including the kitchen and four bathrooms.

For the open floor plan on the first floor we removed a wall and created a new kitchen, living, and dining layout that is more functional and better suited for how the clients use the space.
