When purchased by the home owner construction had just begun on the build-out of the space by a different owner who subsequently decided to stop the project. The design team envisioned a completely different floor plan since the space was to include only a master suite and guest room in lieu of the originally designed 4 bedroom home. The new home owner had only a few select pieces of furniture that needed to be worked into the layout. Additionally she was moving from approximately twice the square footage. As seen, the "public spaces" are open and inviting with only a few room "separators.
