Zinc & pewter have been very popular materials for kitchen counter tops & kitchen hoods as of late & in times past especially France.
Cobalt is hard unlike Zinc & Pewter & maintains like stainless steel. I believe we will see a variety of demands for Cobalt steel once the design community becomes aware of its existence.
