Crafting a dream home should be a fun and enjoyable project, and that’s exactly what Paige Charbonneau aspired to fulfill for her clients. The homeowners had a clear vision of what they desired in their newly constructed home and were wonderful to work with throughout the process. Paige took their vision and came up with designs that reflected the unique look and feel that turned their ideas into reality.

Geometric details and crisp, classic colors are seen throughout this gorgeous new custom-designed home. Unique tilework is seen in almost every room, as well as sophisticated lighting and hardware.

The kitchen’s open shelving and white cabinets are reminiscent of farmhouse charm, and the rich, celeste azule granite countertops create a warm tone against the glass mosaic backsplash. The butler’s pantry was jazzed up Ashford House hand-crafted wallpaper.

Hardwood floors throughout the home are wide-plank hickory.

Lighting should never be ignored as it can make or break a room, and the homeowner did a wonderful job selecting her lighting. Elegant lighting is found in every room, from the vanity sconces to the sophisticated chandeliers.

Stonington Gray paint was used in the master bath to complement the Carrera marble countertops and subway tile in the shower. Ceramic tile was laid in a herringbone pattern to mimic a wood-look that withstands water and moisture.

In the guest bath, Charmeuse and Gray Owl paint was chosen to compliment the Carrera hexagon tile and marble countertops.
