Complete re-side of entire complex. Removal of redwood siding and 24” fascia. Install rain screen, Hardie Color Plus Siding, and new 24” PVC fascia (made up of 6” PVC Boards). New gutters and new fence. Over 50,000 SF of siding and 3,200 LF of PVC fascia. Complete re-flashing of all windows and penetrations due to water intrusion issues.
